General
When you click on I Agree Option while registering with our Services/Modules. You agree to our Terms of services and follow them till you unsubscribe with us.
Where relevant, The customer agrees to provide us with sufficient detail about, and access to, your services, policies and systems to enable us to provide the service to you and your customers. 24x7servermanagement.com will not be responsible for any hardware related issues on your servers. Power failure from data center, downtime or any kind of service interruption due to any circumstances from the server provider.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 24×7servermanagement.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, accidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Services, or for any content obtained from or through the Services, even if 24×7servermanagement.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitations of the damages are vital elements based on the deal between you and 24x7servermanagement.com.
Trial Support
24x7servermanagement offers trial support for only 1 basic issue ( We deserve the right to consider which issues are basic and which are not ) which is called the trial period. We recommend to use trial before purchasing the actual service and we will not provide any refund for those services having one time setup charges or installation charges. Please read the details of plan carefully.
Billing
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform 24x7servermanagement on changes in Credit Card type, PayPal E-Mail Address or Expiration Date to their Credit Card. Credit Card accounts are billed once monthly. If your Credit Card is declined you will have seven days to make the payment, after these seven days, your account will be placed on hold until services are paid for. All accounts issuing charge backs against 24x7servermanagement will be charged an additional $30.00 per charge back.
Cancellation Policy

If your Credit Card is declined you will have seven days to make the payment, after these seven days, your account will be placed on hold until services are paid for. All accounts issuing charge backs against 24x7servermanagement will be charged an additional $30.00 per charge back.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any of our services or management plans. All purchases, including cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and hourly server administration, are final and non-refundable. Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances, including after issue resolution or due to dissatisfaction without a valid reason. For PayPal subscriptions, payments will be applied as credit to your account within our billing system and are also non-refundable. Hourly support is billed based on time spent, and we do not guarantee solutions or offer refunds for such requests.
Change of Service IP’s
IP addresses associated with server management plans and any related software licenses cannot be changed during the active service period.
If you require an IP change, you may either:
- Wait until the next billing cycle/due date, or
- Order a new service with the desired IP.
Security, Coding and Development Support
We do not guarantee 100% security solution, 24x7servermanagment security packages is only industry standards recommended software install and configurations to secure server and prevent attacks. We will follow best practices to ensure that the server/website is secured from external threats and attacks. Anyhow 24x7servermanagment does not guarantee after applying our security solutions your server is 100% secured. No refund will be done for security services. Script Coding & Website Development – We do not provide any code or scripting support in any server management packages. We do not provide website development or design related support in any of our plans. 24x7servermanagement will not be responsible for any website development or coding related problems.
Confidential Information
Each party will maintain all Confidential Information of the other party in strict confidence and will not at any time or for any reason disclose any Confidential Information of the other to any third party without the disclosing party’s prior written consent. Neither party will use any Confidential Information of the other for any purpose whatsoever except in performing its duties and exercising its rights under this agreement. Neither party will disclose any Confidential Information of the other to any of its agents or employees who do not participate directly in the performance of its duties or exercise of its rights under this agreement, and each party will advise its employees who are permitted access to any Confidential Information of the other party, of the restrictions on disclosure and use set forth in this agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may disclose the Confidential Information of the other if it believes in good faith that any applicable law, rule or regulation requires the disclosure, provided that it makes a reasonable effort to give the disclosing party as much advanced notice as may be practicable.
On termination or expiration of this agreement, each party will return or destroy all Confidential Information obtained from the other party and copies thereof. Either party may use for any purpose without obligation to the other party’s information (other than Confidential Information) in non-tangible form, which may be recalled by persons who have had access to the Confidential Information, and which results from work with the Confidential Information. Nothing in this clause will prohibit or restrict our right to provide the same or similar products or services furnished hereunder to other parties. You acknowledge and agree that the restrictions on Confidential Information contained in this agreement shall not apply to the general knowledge, skills and experience gained by us or our employees while engaged by you.

Change of Conditions
24x7servermanagement.com retains the rights to alter and amend these terms and conditions as required and without notification in the interest of our users. All changes to this page will be applicable to previous versions. 24x7servermanagement.com provides you with practical features yours business and your customers truly need, and that’s why our services is the right choice for you. Competitors might provide you a fortune by bundling in functionalities that you will never use. With 24x7servermanagement our support team can either pro-actively initiate conversation with your clients, or wait for your clients to ask for help when they need it.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Nashik, India.
